If your cart merchandise subtotal is

higher, your order will be shipped for FREE to any
address in the contiguous USA. We ship via UPS,
UPS Freight and a network of common carriers.
Shipping
for orders under
$149 will
be calculated based upon the actual size and
weight of the item(s) purchased. A
processing and handling fee will be
included.

shipping charge may be added to your order for any
promotional items such as a free pad, runner or
scatter rug. In addition, the customer is
responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees
for orders shipped to Canada.
Processing/Handling
Fee
All
orders will be charged a processing/handling fee
of
$5.95.
Delivery
Time
Most
items take between one and three business days to ship based upon the item's
availability. Delivery of braided and custom items may take up to six
weeks. In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or
in the same package. Rug pads and accessories will normally be sent in
separate packaging.
Oversized
Items
Oversized
rugs, furniture and other items that are too large or heavy to ship via UPS or
UPS Freight will be sent via an LTL (less than truckload) common carrier. This
service differs from small-package delivery in that they will call you to
schedule a delivery appointment and only deliver curbside. Most LTL carriers
schedule appointments for a two-to-four hour window between the hours of 8:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Inspection
It
is extremely important that you carefully inspect your package at the time of
delivery, especially if it has been delivered via an LTL carrier. If the
packaging is damaged or for any reason you suspect a problem, please write
"PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the signature sheet. This will make resolving the issue
much easier.
